What happened to Petro’s schedule? There’s trouble at Casa de Nariño… Quietly

Interestingly, on Thursday morning, journalists covering the Palace were sent via WhatsApp Agenda of President Gustavo Petro in which they confirmed their presence at a meeting with the Council of Trade Unions and the governors of the Pacific at Casa de Nariño.

However, a few minutes later, the message was deleted and later it was discovered that the agenda had been canceled without giving any explanation. At Casa de Nariño there will be inconvenience because the agenda is sent by the Press Office without consulting the office. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Roy, already in London

Roy Barreras has arrived in London and begins his diplomatic mission as ambassador to England. After his inauguration, last Monday, he has had several meetings, such as with Iván Romero Martínez, dean of the British Diplomatic Corps. The appointment failed

Diplomat in Cartagena

Foreign Minister Álvaro Leyva will chair a meeting with Colombian ambassadors in the Americas next Friday and Saturday. In total, the country has at least 22 heads of diplomatic missions on the continent. The meeting will be held in the city of Cartagena and the dialogue they will have will be private.

A similar meeting took place in Berlin (Germany), last June, with the Colombian ambassador in Europe. The idea is to provide a foreign policy line, promoting “total peace” and a non-repetition project led by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Interference with the Road

Surprisingly, the president of the House of Representatives, the liberal Andrés Calle, announced that discussions on health reform would resume next week. This he did in his speech at Ciénaga de Oro before President Gustavo Petro. However, the message was not conveyed properly. In the DPR they consider that this is not a way to communicate the continuation of the second debate, they argue that this should be done in the legislature. Moreover, some liberal sectors claim that it is closer to Petro than to liberalism.
