Elton John – Crying:

At the weekend, the Glastonbury festival kicks off in England, where some of the world’s biggest acts take to the stage.

On Sunday, none other than Elton John stood on stage in his famous gold suit and red rimmed glasses while fireworks shot off the stage. It writes Sky News.

– I never thought I’d ever play at Glastonbury and here I am, the humble John told the crowd.

The 76-year-old has announced several times that he wants to retire from touring life – the first time was nearly 50 years ago – but continues to perform on stages around the world.

– Special night

But on Sunday, the artist once again delivered a discouraging message to England fans.

– This is a very special and emotional evening for me because this is probably my last show in England, the world famous star said from the stage.

According to the Daily Mail, John must have lifted his famous glasses to wipe away tears during the performance.

– So I have to play well and I have to cheer you up, he continued.

– Touch me

In addition, he paid tribute to the fans who had been waiting for John’s appearance for a long time.

The festival was widely covered by the British media and according to The Telegraph, John must have personally telephoned one of the paper’s reporters.

According to Telegraph reporter Neil McCormick, John should have called the reporter and thanked him for the good publicity.

– It touched me, said John, according to McCormick.

Subsequently, John is said to have told him to stop mentioning and take care of it.

– And when I’m old I will see it and I will feel that I did well, he kept saying.
